	Melvin T. Morgan, Jr., President / General Manager Melvin T. Morgan Jr. is a 3rd generation roofer. From 1976-1983 he worked on flat roofs, metal roofs, gutter, fabrication and did slate and cedar repair. In 1981 he went to Carlisle Pennsylvania to be certified as an EPDM membrane roofing installer. In 1983 Mr. Morgan became a flat roof foreman and worked everyday managing a crew installing builtup and EPDM roofs. Following this, in 1984, he became the Superintendent and Vice President of John T. Morgan Roofing Co., Inc. He stayed on as superintendent and vice president until November of 1987. During this time he received certifications from all the major roofing manufacturer's in all types of roofing. In November 1987 he started Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc.
	Debbie Morgan, Senior Purchasing Agent / Office Manager Debbie Morgan has been working for Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. since it was founded. She was a registered nurse working for Roanoke Memorial Hospital from 1985-1989, when she quit to become a bookkeeper for Melvin T. Morgan Roofing Co., Inc. She has worked full-time as the Senior Purchasing Agent for Melvin T. Morgan from 1989-present.
	Ronnie Caldwell, Lynchburg Branch Manager Ronnie Caldwell has been roofing full-time since he graduated from high school in 1988. He joined Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. in June of 1993, and installed all types of roofs, many of them being flat commercial roofs until the fall of 2001. In 2001 he became an estimator and has been involved in all types of jobs from small residential homes to large commercial buildings. He has been trained by many industry leading manufactures. In 2008 he became Branch Manager of Lynchburg and oversees all operations.
	Gary Grossman, Superintendent (Lynchburg Office) Gary started working with Melvin T. Morgan Roofing in September 2005 as a Flat Roof Foreman. Gary has installed many types of roofing including all phases of EPDM, PVC, TPO and modified. Gary has installed all types of shingle and metal roofing for both residential and commercial customers. Gary was promoted to Superintendent in 2011 where he proceeds to work with the Foremen and crew members daily to ensure quality work. Gary has OSHA training and is a certified asbestos worker, licensed in the state of Virginia.
	James Hogan, Superintendent (Ashland Office) James Hogan has 18 years of experience in all types of roofs. He has also completed the 10 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training course.
	Jason Ore, Estimator (Lynchburg Office) Jason Ore joined the Melvin T. Morgan team in July 2011 as an estimator in the Lynchburg Division. Prior to being employed by Melvin T. Morgan Roofing, Jason had ten years experience in sales and over eighteen years experience in all phases of construction, including roofing and gutters.
	Melvin T. Morgan III, Estimator (Lynchburg Office) Mel Morgan is a fourth generation roofer. He started working on roofs at the age of 13 for a summer job and began roofing full time in 2002 when he graduated. He installed all types of roofs and gutters as a general laborer and became a foreman within a year specializing in copper guttering, Leafguard, halfround guttering, galvanized gutters, etc. Mel also completed the Firestone Building Products Contractor Quality Training Program. He was promoted to estimator in April of 2005.
	Robbie Campbell, Estimator (Ashland Office) Robbie Campbell has been working for Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. since 1995. He has been a flat roof foreman, shingle roof foreman, metal roof foreman, and shop foreman. He was then promoted to assistant superintendent for 2 years, and estimator in May of 2007. He has completed certification classes in asbestos and Firestone and won the Quality Award in 2006.
	William Payne, Estimator William Payne started working for Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. in 2006 as an estimator in the Ashland office. He has been trained in all phases of roofing including a 40 hour Asbestos Supervisor class and he is state certified.
	Donna Cox, Secretary / Accounts Payable Donna Cox has been employed by Melvin T. Morgan Roofing since July of 2009. She directs payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Donna is responsible for other accounting functions as well as assisting with professional administrative projects.
	Paul Milton, Sales and Marketing Paul Milton has been working for Melvin T. Morgan since October, 2010. Prior to working for M.T.M., he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a National Trade Association. Paul has a great deal of experience in customer service and enjoys working with the public. Paul has also served as a commercial credit manager, and has served as an instructor for commercial credit classes, and an expert witness in Bankruptcy cases.
	Whitney Morgan-Goodman, Receptionist (Ashland Office) Whitney does anything that needs to be done to make sure the Ashland office of Melvin T. Morgan runs smoothly! Whitney has been working full time at the Ashland Office of Melvin T. Morgan since June 2007.
	Evelyn Garcia, Receptionist (Lynchburg Office) Evelyn supports the Lynchburg VA office of Melvin T. Morgan and has been working full time with our team since June 15th 2006. Evelyn works with current and potential customer on a daily basis. She is responsible for creating all the Lynchburg office work orders.
