You worked on my roof back in the fall and you were so kind to let me pay for the repairs on installments. I just want to let you know that with all the rain we got on Sunday, March 6th, I did not get any water in the house at all.
You put new gutters on my house and they are working just fine! I want you to know that I am very pleased with your work. Now I am going to need the gutter guards. Maybe not until fall when the leaves start to falling, unless you think differently, you are the expert.

I would like to compliment you on the caliber of staff that you have employed with your company. From the very first contact in mid-January until the completion of our new roof on march 15th, all of your employees that I spoke with conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Darrell Hudson and Ronnie Caldwell were very good about keeping in touch with us and trying to schedule a time to get the job done while dealing with the harsh winter weather. We didn’t want our new shingles to be installed until the weather had warmed up a bit and Ronnie was very understanding and patient in that regard.
We are VERY HAPPY with our new roof and skylight – everything looks great. Aaron and his crew did a great job and I was pleasantly surprised with their thorough cleanup of the job site. I was a little upset Monday evening when I discovered that the new shingles had been put on and our attic fan had not been removed. Upon pointing this out to Aaron, he made a phone call and assured me it would be taken care of within the week. The very next morning I spoke to Darrell Hudson and he told me that he would be coming over that afternoon to take care of the situation personally. He did as promised and it looks wonderful. Darrell is very customer-service oriented. He is very prompt in returning calls and taking care of problems/situations. I am sure you know what an asset he is to your company, but I wanted to let you know how pleased we were to work with him.

I just wanted to write a quick note to express how impressed I am with your company and crew. After last weekends record snowfall, which for all intensive purposes shut our town down, I did not expect to see your guys for quite awhile. We had nary seen a plow down our street but on Monday morning your crew was up shoveling and sweeping two feet of snow off my roof. Tuesday morning we had not seen the postman, garbage truck or had the newspaper delivered, yet your truck pulled up with a full crew who jumped right on it. They were followed by the boom truck, which brought all of my neighborhood out to watch in amazement as they got to work. The new shingles look great and now a week later I am the only clean roof that I have seen.
Your crew was efficient, polite and clean. Also, getting this work done in the midst of the storm allowed me to move ahead in this project that I thought would be stalled out. You have earned my future business and I will recommend you at every occasion.
