Melvin T Morgan Roofing Company History
In November of 1987, the roofing company contractor known as Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. was born. Our commitment to high quality customer service has been instrumental to our success. We serve Lynchburg, Roanoke and Charlottesville, along with the surrounding areas.
Melvin T. Morgan Jr. was working at John T. Morgan Roofing Co as Superintendent and Vice President. Melvin’s wife, Deborah Morgan, was a RN at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. They both gave notice and began the tedious process of building a successful roofing contractor business.
The very next week after leaving employment, Melvin T. Morgan, Jr. received payment for the first completed roofing job. In November of 1987, the first company truck was purchased and the company has continued to grow rapidly since then. The Lord Jesus Christ has blessed our hard work and our business. Through Christ, all things are possible!
