We installed a Firestone now known as Elevate TPO flat roof system for Melrose Towers in Roanoke, Virginia, including custom-fabricated metal coping for enhanced edge protection and long-term performance. Melrose Towers is a repeat commercial client, and this project marks the second full roof replacement we’ve completed for the building—the original roof was installed by our team over 30 years ago, and we replaced it again this past year.
